Default black chrome

I have a set of billet specialty wheels and want something a little different. I want to know how to get a black chrome look with a aluminum wheel. Are there any transparent powered coats or anodized finishes that will work?

Well my car is going to get painted DSG and I really like the black chrome on the machs and cobras ive seen in that color. Id def like to see that look on an fbody.
