Default Just bought 18x10.5 oem z06 wheels,(SPACER?!)

so just wondering what spacer will give me the nicest look for my new z06 wheels that i will be installing.

i know that they can fit without any spacers but i want a really nice stance i was thinking that maybe with my fenders rolled and some 5/16 spacer should do the trick?

the tires are 295s pzeros but also want to have a good fitment for 305 or 315s.

pictures are welcomed!
also if anyone knows what kinda of wheels studs i will need for a 5/16 spacer?
i want ARP studs

and would i need new wheel studs with a 1/4 spacer?
thanks!

IMO, play it safe!
Any time you put Slide-on spacers between your wheels and hubs you're putting more stress on the wheel studs.

Here's the part #

What kind of 10.5s did you get, all around or staggered? Pics?

Keep us posted I'm thinking of doing the same, but looking for the OEM speedlines.

i got oem speedlines 10.5s 18
i already have the front wich are aftermarket 17s.

so i know they will fit but i hear you need to hammer in the inside a bit to solve rubbing issues and i want them to be flush with the fender.

what brand and type of spacer should i get?

oh ok...IMO leave it alone. Otherwise you're prolly going to have to use new studs and the price goes up.

well my bro has 11 zr1 and the stance is

and looking at his 315s i want to stick mine out for a better stance too!

also felt one of my wheel studs in the back slipping so should be time to switch im going with arp studs thanks to 99Bluz28 for giving me the part number.

studs will be about 30 bucks..
spacers not sure i seen some from $6 all the way to 80 dont know which to get yet..

should get all this done in a moth or 2 since i still need to powedercoat my wheels black.

I have some wheels from OEM, and the rears are 18x10.5's with a 56mm offset. I put on some 7/16 spacers in the back today with new studs. I'm now going a full inch bolt on spacers because there is still a good half inch before its flush with the fender lol. Tires are 295/35's. Looks good with the 7/16's spacers, but could look better with another half inch.

are they c5 Z06 tho? because i know the c6 are really deep inside my friend put like a 1" adapter bolt on spacer on it on his ws6.

also Camaros smaller fenders from what i recall. and i want it so that i am able to fit 315s with no problems

yea I believe mine are the c5 with 56mm offset. I think the c6 are like 59mm? a bit more. I think if you put a 1" spacer on it you'd be able to fit 315's no problem. But might have to roll the rear fenders.

HUH? . . . the PLASTIC front fenders do not "roll" . . . they will BREAK.

The roller is for the REAR.

And what's the point of asking the question in the general forum AND in the sticky?
