What all do I need for summit rears?

What all do I need for summit rears? 15x8 5.5 bs and 4.75 bolt pattern, correct?
Now what about lugnuts and valve stems? Also the lugnuts I have for the front have a spacer that goes between the nut and the wheel, is that seperate or does it come with lugnuts when you buy them?

is ur car a lt1 or ls1, i have an lt1, just put on the summit stars, the back spacing u said, i had to buy the lug nuts, and buddy mounted the tires for me and they will most likely give u vavle stems when the shop mounts them, but i didnt have to grind down anything, ur back spacing and bolt patters are correct

no prob if u have an ls1 u might need to do some grinding from what i heard/read, supposibly its not alot maybe 10 mins a side but all cars are different, but if you dont feel like grinding, check out bogarts if u have the cash, if not ask around on home much grinding
