Default Would GTO wheels work on my car?

Probably a stupid question but...

My friend has a GTO with some drag radials on it, I was wondering if the wheels would work on my car (sig).

appearance I don't care about, just the fact I can get cheap drag radials.

Yes, but you'll have to enlarge the hub opening a little bit. Otherwise it will seriously "F" your wheel studs up...ask me how I know

^Really? Cause the bolt pattern on the stock 17" GTO rims are the same as the stock 16" Trans Am rims. The HUB clearance was the only thing that didn't mate up without a little grinding.

the hub diameter is alot different--but hub rings can solve that problem.
Bolt pattern isnt off by much
T/A 5x4.75"
GTO 5x120mm

Basically your bolt patterrn in metric works out to 120.65mm--very close

Default Why!

Why would you want to use a wheel that is smaller and more narrow! I don't get it, find another friend that has an F-body and trade wheels and buy DR's.
