I had 15x10 with 5.5" of bs and it had plenty of room with a 28X10.5 MT ET Drag (but I rolled the lips and done abit of hammer work just to be safe) and a 15x8 with 4.5" of bs looks good also (tuck under the fender lip abit more then the 10" but the 10" looked nice)

no picture but i have 15x9 on the back with 5.5 bs. no fender rolling, just bolt on. With 275/60 mt drag radial they sit almost flush with the rear quarter panel lip.

anything special about running a 15x4 front wheel as far as backspacing etc

looked at the summit wheels and look pretty good but have heard they are a bit heavier than a weld or etc.

Either one will work just fine (nice thing about thoses is you can run welds and others with not issues with calipers). Welds would be your best bet (light weight) but I would suggest some 15x5 for the fronts (more street friendly) but if your on a budget the Summit Stars dont look half bad in person!
