Default cragar soft 8s?

ok, so these rims have been a fav of mine for offroad use but i never thought of them as something i would put on my camaro

but in my search for the same rim in 16x8 and 15x10, the only rim i like thats not $250+ a piece is the soft 8s

whats everyones thoughts on the cragar soft 8 as a street/ strip tire (90% street/ 10% strip)

They're heavy *** steel wheels....what do you think? A 15" rim weighs well into the 20lb range....the 16's even worse. Not exactly the wheel you want if you're looking for steel wheels. You'd be better off with the stock alloy wheels, stronger and lighter.

Yah if I was gonna go steel, Id go with custom Diamond racing wheels.

They will make them to your specs and from what Ive been told they are lighter than a same sized Soft 8.
