Corvette C5 Rims, and tires.. should I?

Default Corvette C5 Rims, and tires.. should I?
A friend of mine is selling me his C5 rims off his 2002 Corvette. They are in good condition. Two front tires have about 75% left, and two back ones would need to be replaced.

His asking price is $250.

Buy or no buy?

I think those would look good on your car. What brand of tires are on the wheels now?
