Default Weld 3.5 inch rims, what tire options?

I have weld pro star 3.5 inch front rims and currently have 165/80r15 tires that have been great for 2 years on many many road trips...

My question: will a 185/65r15 fit?

im gonna say thats a no. I looked on tirerack and it says a 5" wheel is the smallest you can. I would say because of the lower profile and wider width it will deffinately not work. Whats wrong with sticking with the 165's?

Why not run a real tire like a M/T or Hoosier front?
