Best 60' on Street Tires? (Stalled A4's)
What's the best 60' anybody has done on street tires. My definition of street tires means the wear rating is above 200. Thanks.

1.8 on 265/30/19s toyo proxxes, that's horrible sidewall for drag racing.
I have a 3200 stall. I can't launch off of it though, don't get any traction for that, I take it from 1.5k.

Thanks for all the responces. Wow, I didn't think 1.7's would ever be possible. My best was a 2.067 on the street. (stock stall/ 245/45/17 General exclaim UHP)

I can barely get traction with my SS4000 and 315 nittos but it's better than any street tire, if someone on street tires can cut a better '60 ft than me, i'll lose it. I haven't had anyone close to beating me off the line unless they have drag radials or slicks.

I don't think it's possible. I don't think anything lower than a 1.8 is possible. I won't believe it unless i see it with my own eyes.

I do have a pretty good suspension setup though.
I'll see if I can cut a 1.7 on the new 285s I have waiting to put on, see if those garner me better traction then the 265s I have right now. I need some slicks though so I can actually launch off my stall like I should be though. Edit: I'm pretty sure it would be a 1.79 if anything lol (Wishful thinking )

What have people ran on a stock suspension? I've only been to the track twice and could only get like a 2.2-2.3 on sumitiomo htrzII 245/45/18.. I'm I that horrible of a launcher? should i heat up the tires longer?

Would a BMR torque arm help launches any? I have no wheel hop as it is though.
If anybody did do a sub 1.9 could you please list the tires used too. I'm trying to decide on my next set. Thanks.
