Fixing chrome flaking - Chrome SS 10-spokes Just found my first bit of flakeage on the outer lip, looking for some
ideas of how to "fix" - short of strip and redo. I'd be up for a pen
plating kit, or even just Rub-N-Buff (silver wax) since they spend
most of the time grimy. But a slick real chrome spot treatment would
be best.
Anybody ever pursue this, like Caswell or Eastwood or other plating
tool / chem suppliers?
