Default LS1 caliper grinding question

I'm looking into getting some Weld Draglites for my old heap (99 Z28), and I know I need to do some "surgery" to the front calipers to make them clear those wheels. But instead of grinding on them with a high-speed cutting wheel I want to take them off the car and cut the necessary material off of them with a mill-drill I have at work. What I guess I'm wanting to know is exactly how much material will I have to cut off the front face of the calipers so they'll clear the Draglites?

Any info will help me out A LOT! Thanks in advance!

Didn't you post a pic of your calipers? I was going to use that as a guide when I grind mine to try to minimize the number of times I have to test fit.

Here are mine. I didn't have to grind the rear because my brake pads weren't the newest if you know what I mean.
