Default Billet spacers

Running Billet Hub Centric spacers on my car 3rd gen with 4th gen 17" wheels
have had a nagging vibration and I think it could be the spacers. Has anybody ever spin or road force balanced the spacer bolted to the wheel as you would install it on the car????

Have you taken the spacers off and ran without them? (assuming 9" wheels)

I have not done the said above ^ but curious to know how thick of a spacer you are using and have you tried adapters instead? They won't float like spacers do.

Sorry these are Billet Adapters that bolt to the hub then the wheel bolts to them these are not spacers. 2" on all four corners.

I just bought adapters off ebay. The seller mentioned cleaning stock studs before I put them on. I have a poor memory so I can't remember everything he said. I've used adapters in the past without problems. I'll give him a call tomorrow to see what he says. He has a adapter sales business on Ebay. John

I bought mine from Skulte Performance Designs, I think he is closing up shop but he runs these adapters on his TT 3rd gen and puts it through lots of track day use as well as high speeds in the straights. I've talked to him about it as well I am just grasping at straws at this point.
