Default LS1 brakes + 15" ?

I know you have grind the calipers slightly with 15x4 prostars, How much more would you need to gring with 15x5 2 1/2 bs or 15x6 3 1/2 bs pro stars?Would be even close?

Do billet specialties street lites 15x6 3 1/2 bs come close to fitting?

What the differance between weld prostar 96 series and race industries 92 series drag stars? Does one have more clearance then the other.

Yes I searched everything I found is for 15x4 and I'm looking for 15X5 info.

Thanks

I can't answer all your questions, maybe someone else can chime in. Weld products are made in USA, race industries are Chinese made ummm stuff.

It appears you're looking for a street style setup. I'd suggest staying away from welds drag series wheels and consider a street/strip setup. If you want to stay with weld, choose welds streets/strip RT series wheels. I don’t' know if the larger sizes front wheel sizes are designed to fit around your calipers or not...camaro396 may know.

I can build you anything to fit your car in our Bogart Street/strip wheels from 15x3.5 all the way up to 15x17 in 1/2" increments and fit them around your calipers. I will not suggest our Bogart drag style wheels for what it appears you’re trying to do based on your questions.

Weld has a new wheel out called the RT-S. 3 piece welded construction for street and strip. They have a 15x4 and a 15x10 for the rear that will clear with no modifications. Nice 5 star design, polished or black anodized.
You might want to look at those as an option?

I'm not sure if Steve can build a wheel in 5 or 6" widths, that will clear the brakes, but I know the Weld RT-S wheel in those widths will not clear LS1 brakes.
