Default Eagle F1 A/S problems???

I bought a set of Eagle F1 All Season's barely a year ago and they're to the wear bar on all four! I'm a technician for Chrysler so I'm very thorough on my maintenance especially oil changed and ROTATES!!! And the alignment is always kept dead on. Has anyone else seen abnormal wear on these tires without burning them off, just plain ole' abnormal wear?

Those tires SUCK. I had them on my STS-V In 6,400 miles the front cupped so bad they sound like off road tires . . the rears wore to 4/32" tread . . . and I was NOT hard on these tires . .

Goodyear bought them back. . . . well gave me 50% of the purchase price towards new tires . .

How long ago was this they bought them back? Do you have any contact info or advice? I'm outraged and severely disappointed and I want to talk to them about it I just don't know who to get in touch with.

Just had my new tires mounted last week. . . Called GY customer service. They will give you a file number, you then need to go back to the original installer, they measure etc . . . Installer call GY while you are there and then possibly get you a credit of some kind . . . I bought mine from Discount Tire.

Thumbs up

Low profile tires do have a tendency to wear quicker than other tires.

Yeah I know the tread wear is 420 so the claim filing is on the agenda for the weekend. I'm just hoping they don't see a GTO and a 22 yr old and think I'm a dumb ***, sad thing is I'm sure I make more than all of them lol.

Need to make the claim M-F during normal business hours . . . if you want to get a hold of anyone at Gooyear that is . . .

I was in awe on how badly my rear tires had litterally melted away in back, sure I recpect I have over 400 ft/lbs or torque brutalizing those things but at the rate they were wearing away I would not have even got 10,000 miles out of them . . .

The fronts, yes the road noise was unbearable . . . It got to be embrassing driving my Cadi . . . my freind got a complete set of new tires for free (not including mounting and balance) . . . I still paid a healthy chunk for my new tires but I only got 50% back, and bought more expensive tires. . . .
