Cool OEwheels matte black DD C5s on a Z28(updated pictures)

They are matte black 17x9.5s all around with 275 nexen n3000s. I know it needs to be lowered, I'll work on that later in life. Anyway tell me what you guys think, I'll get more next week when they finally send me the Chrome locking lugs I ordered that they forgot to ship...... I'm just excited to have some traction now .

OK updated pics after i washed it . ::

thanks for looking

I may be a hater, but the wheels/tires look too small/skinny IMO.

Ya, I understand that they are the same size as stock wheels/tires. But stock/wheels tires look too small to me as well. Also, the design makes them look smaller. For instance. 17inch Torque thrust 2s appear larger than 17inch Z06s. When buying aftermarket wheels, I would have went with a wider rear wheel (10.5-11in) to make th car look more agressive. Just my opinion though, I'm glad you're happy with them.

yea i would have went with a wider wheel, but the fact is i'll be driving this from college station texas to phoenix arizona a few times this year and wanted something that will last and can be rotated. I'll be getting some nittos on the old 16s for some track action.

18's would have been better since you have GFX

they look good. I think the illiusion of size is mainly becasue you are not lowered (yet) and the GFX make the bottoms of the wheel wells appear larger. I am sure when you lower it a bit it will fill right up. I run 17's and with the car down some, they look fine.

I am not usually a fan of the rivets/bolts, but those look really good to me.

Ride height is defenitely hurting the overall appearance but it looks pretty good all cleaned up and will look even better when you get your stranos and koni's on there. Maybe someone could photoshop pick #6 and settle that suspension out for you.

looks pretty good, personally not a fan of the rivets though. Especially on the matte black wheels.
