i have a 2000 trans am lowered 2" with rolled fenders im buying a set of 17x9.5 c6 z06 rims 54mm offset will i have any problems with them fitting

YES they will fit and look bad *** on your bird!! just as long as you dont get tall tires. 275/40/17s should be perfect!!
