Default Wheel's (need some idea's)possible snowflakes

With the taxes coming in I'm looking at a set of 17" yearone snowflakes with a set of bfg kdw2's because of the fact there are none it seems, but Im open to alternatives in that price range but not really aware of my options, 18's are max on size. I've done a search but no real results.

Thanks'

Are these for a 4th gen? The 4th gen Snowflakes only come in gunmetal, I believe. I was looking at them for my 2000, but I was wanting the gold finish like you can get on the 2nd gen wheels.

gunmetal 17's is whats going for a reasonable price, you can get em in 18's in gold but it'll cost ya some $$$ Or you can get em in the 2nd gen style I suppose although Im not sure about the offset and what not for our cars? http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...hid=G19AA10518

They have two different types, cast and billet aluminum.
The cast wheels are in 17x9 and gunmetal only. They are visually nearly identical to the 2nd gen wheels. The billet aluminum wheels are available in silver and gold and a multitude of sizes. They're also $500+ per wheel.

Cast

Billet

Yeah, the billet wheels are two piece custom wheels available pretty much in any size/offset. But they start at $599 each for 17x8 and go on up to $1299 each for 20x12.

The cast wheels are $199 each in 17x9. You can get a discount on a set of 4.
You also have to buy center caps and lug nuts separately.

I take it you're getting gunmetal? That's the only color I've seen on their site for 4th gens, but I haven't called to ask if other colors are available.

Yea the gunmetal will work fine for me, and that's all that its say's is available, although I imagine they could do another color if you really wanted. If I dont like the color it wont be hard to re-shoot em again real quick. Seems these are either you love em or hate em type thing but it's better than another set of vette rims, atleast these are true to bird heritage.

Yeah, that's my thought. It's an iconic Pontiac wheel and something different. I love the look of them on 2nd gens. I can't wait to see how they look on your car!
