zr1 wheel tire fitment?
Whats up everyone. Just need to know if I can fit a 305-35-17 on my zr1 wheels in the rear. Also if anyone has done it, do they look better than a 275-40-17 nitto dr? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

as long as its 17x11 i wouldnt recommend going more than a 285 if its a 17x9 of course theres always someone who will post up after me telling you how they run 315/35s on a 17x9 and its fine but hell who am i ive only mounted tires for 5 years. with that said, if you really wanted you could do 305s but i think for the correct overall height requirements a 315/35 is a better match. A 50mm offset is needed some guys run the 35mm i think with fenders rolled. might hafta BFH the inner fenders ( even my 275s rubbed on turns ) tho every car is different. Nittos run narrow so thats something to consider ive read their 315 is on par with some 275s or a hair bigger so that may be an option. and an adjustable PHB can help center the rear for the larger tires. I run a non adj with 295/35s but i got lucky. hope that helps
