can put 274 40 19 on a rim of this size need help thanks guys....

1st, no, a 275 needs at least a 9"... 2nd, y r u looking at 19's if u want cheap?? 3rd, 275/40x19's would be 2" too tall, u need a 275/40x17

You'll need a 275/30/19 tire for a stock diameter tire

BTW, what style, finish, and price range are you looking for wheels?

i just got my motor rebuilt so im short on thats why im going with anything right now 5k ....lol

The more info you give, the better your chances for a good, but quick reply.
Do you prefer a mesh, 5 spoke, multi-spoke wheel? Big, small, or no-wheel lip? Chrome, silver, or black finish?

Remember, the wheels aren't the expensive part of the equation.. it's the tires that cost. 17" tires are cheap these days.

You can still find good tires in a 275/30/19 under $250 each (At DTD:General Exclaim UHP, Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110, Falken FK 452, Nitto NT 555, Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT, Nitto Invo. At TireRack: Kumho Ecsta SPT, Yokohama S.drive, Continental Extreme Contact DWS, Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport).

i think i need togo with 17 in rims for the price of 1 tire
