I don't know if this will help you or not seeing what state you live in b/c this place (Rim Guard Extreme) serves NC & SC mobile. They do however offer Free Nationwide Shipping both ways if you don't live nearby. They fixed one of my wheels and did an excellent job. They also do Forged wheels and wheels up to 26" I believe.
