What wheels and tires for the street and strip? Need a 17x10.5 or 11" Im looking for a set of wheels and tires that i can drive around easily on the street and then take it to the track and still be able to hook up. Im going to be putting down about 550rwhp then be putting on a 200shot of nitrous. I need a 17x10.5 or 11" wheel but the problem is that they dont seem to make many in this size. Ive only seen a few like the zr1's. But i would like something a bit better looking. Im also looking at mostly vette wheels due to that fact that they are MUCH cheaper than just about anything else. I like the C5 zo6's and the C6 ZR1's but they dont make them in the size i need.
I wanted to avoid a set of slicks and skinnys because i dont want to have to drive around on those all the time and i also dont want to have to buy 2 sets of wheels to swap out for the track.
Any ideas guys?
