Default Anyone running the 17" hoosier drag radial?

I am running the MT DR 315 35 17 now and they don't work well for what I have. I need a slick, but they don't make anything in a 17. I am looking at the Hoosier 17" DR and the MT ET Street in a 17". Has anyone run either one of these tires on a stalled auto. I have a 4k stall and I want to be able to launch at 3500-4k without breaking the tires loose.

We have a local running the 335 Hoosiers in a 17. He seems to get out of the hole pretty good considering the lack of sidewall. He is running a 6 speed 4.11 car though.

With a 3500-4k launch you are really testing the limits of both of those 17 inch tires. I would recommend the Hoosier just because it is more of a track only tire than the M/T.

Mickey Thompson makes a 26x11.50 ET Street if that helps
