Default Black Draglites

I am tired of polishing my wheels. So I was bored and decide to paint them black. Also wanted something little different. I used a wrinkle black finish on the face and gloss black on the lip of the wheel. Also I cut down the center caps. I still have to clear coat the lip to. I am curious to how its going to look on the car. They wont be installed for a little while do to the car is down/trans and at a buddys house. Let know what you think, also below is picture of the car with the wheels polished.

it looks like you used bedliner on the wheels... the lip looks good, you should probably match the rest of the wheel to that.

different isn't always good.

Yeah I wanted to see how it look. Does kinda look like bedliner now that I look at the pictures...pictures def dont do it justice....oh well. Eventually I will end up getting them powder coated solid gloss black when I pick up some rear 15x10s.

Looks like spare tire rims, maybe with 5 stars, but for some reason not seeing it with the draglites, maybe on the car will change my mind.

It would be cool to see them mounted on the car, it may look great.

Might not have been bad with the lip still polished. I always thought you had Greg Welds on your car.

That's exactly what my first thought when I saw them was. I would go with gloss black all the way, possibly with the lip still polished.

I like the black, but your car is too nice for the crinkle finish, thats more of a 4x4 truck thing.

Draglites are just one wheel that I don't think will ever look right in anything but polished.

^ I've seen some in gloss black that didn't look bad. I think you kind of have to go with the color of the car too.

Black will make red stand out.
Example on a teal car, chrome would make it stand out.
I think It looks great, different and Unique.
I still wanna see pics of them on the car.
I know then people would change their mind.
