19" x 8.5" HP racing lightening rims okay for VW rabbit?

19" x 8.5" HP racing lightening rims okay for VW rabbit? I got 4 new rims and tires installed on my car two weeks ago: http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-tir...k%20Gloss.html
Last week, the front left tire and rim completly fell off my car and created a lot of damage. anways, the rim place is only replacing that one tire, but now i am concerned that maybe the lugs they are using are not right. or is it possible for certain rims to not work on a car at all? Below are pics of the rims on my car and the damaged lugs. Some please give me advice (besides a full refund, the place refuses and i dont have money for a lawyer) or what to do and what to look for once they reinstsall them on saturday!
