Default 275/40/17, Rear 315/35/17 - 65mm offset

Im looking at :

ZR1 replica rims Front 275/40/17, Rear 315/35/17
Sumitomo HTR-Z tires. 95% tread. 65mm off-set. 5 x 4 1/2" bolt pattern. Came off '86 Corvette.

Will I need anything, Ive tried searching, but didnt find 100% answer. I wanna make sure before I buy em. Should they just bolt on?

If I read this correctly, you said those wheels are a 5 X 4.5" bolt pattern. Ours are 5 X 4.75" bolt pattern (120.65mm). So no they will not work.
