Default load rating for front drag tires?

K, looking to purchase some tires for my front GTO spares for the track. I was looking at the Hoosier Pro Street radials to go with my drag radials out back. They are rated right around 800lbs for load capacity a piece. How much weight do you think is on our front ends? I don't think I'd have a problem with these but thought I'd post up. Any info would be great

Assuming the cars weigh 3500 lbs (rough estimate for illustrative peurposes), and have a front weight bias (I think its around 52% ish). You would have around 1820 lbs on the front suspension (not including the driver. 800 lb rated tires are probably not safe.

That's what I was originally looking at, I'm still looking for a better load rating "radial" for a 17" skinny. Race weight should be closer to 3K lbs. Your typical 26x11.5-16 et rear tire has a rating of 1035lbs from last time I checked, at 35psi. I guarantee it's not 1035 anymore at 15psi, plus add in weigh transfer. I bet we exceed the limits on those during a run.
