I have also wondered this too??
I think they will fit, but are 15" or 16" rims so they will look kinda small on our cars.

I only ran the rears. I put the fronts on just for ***** and giggles. The tires were shorter than the rears so the ABS acted up. I ran my 17" WS6 Wheels up front, and my 16" GTA Wheels on the rear for the track. It was a cheap drag setup, because I already had the wheels from my 86' TA and I found the Mickey Thompson ET Streets used.

well, I can get a black set for my white trans am for 100 and I'm going to lower the car anyways so there shouldn't be that big of a gap in the wheel wells? I wanted to buy new c6 wheels this year but it may not be in the cards.

Not trying to be critical or anything, but there's no such as a 1986 GTA. In fact GTAs never came with black wheels. GTAs were made from 1987 to 1992, and the ONLY color cross lace wheels that they ever came with was gold. The cross lace wheel was introduced in '86 and was optional on the Trans Am.

No. The black crosslace wheels came on Trans Ams, and gold crosslace wheels came on the GTAs.
