Default Pic Request Chrome Deep Dish(Fat Lip) 17x11

I have only found a few good pic`s of the chrome ZR 1 17x9 17x11 (Deep Dish) wheels, I would really like to see them on a Camaro. I will be keeping my 9.5 fronts and just replacing the rear wheels. I am going to buy a pair next week, but I`m not sure if I should get the standard lip or the deep dish. I saw a black SS on here with this combo, but the pic`s did not totally convince me, but I think it may have been the camera angles. I actually like both types of wheels and Im not sure if the fat lip/deep dish is going to be to much bling for my taste. I was going to get a set of BS Street Lites, but my kitchen re-model is eating up all of my funds.

Here is my car as it sits now.

Thanks for any pics!

This may be the black SS, but its what I found. I personally like your setup now.

Thanks for the reply.
That was the same SS, those pictures really did not help with my decision. I was hoping to see a few more Camaros with this set up in chrome.

Not the biggest lip but I like them. These were from TomZ.

Thanks Grifter! Your car looks great ! Do you happen to have a full side view picture. The problem that I am having with the deep dish rear wheels is how they look compared to the normal dish/lip on the front.

IMO you have to have atleast a slight dish on the rears, to me it looks weird without it. I think OEM Wheels ZR1's have a bigger dish.

Hopefully these will be alright:

Thanks again! That really helped, I can now see what was bothering me with the new OEWheel Deep dish, they are a little to big for my taste. The lip on your rear wheels is the perfect size. Do you know if you can still get that style wheel?

I honestly think its kinda hard to tell or even notice a deep dish on a ZR1 wheel from looking at those pics.

I have the OE Wheels out back and the GM wheels up front. The lip on the OE Wheels looks pretty aggressive when coming up on the car from the side passing it. The only thing I would caution is OE Wheels seems to have two different spoke designs. One with an edgier look, and then a spoke design that is more rounded like what GM used. I dealt with a middle man on ebay, so things didn't go as smoothly but OE Wheels eventually stepped up and helped me when the dbag in FL wouldn't.

Welcome. I actually like the dish on the OEWheels but I can't complain about mine. I am honestly not sure if you can still purchase my style wheel. Like I stated, they're TomZ rims I know they haven't been selling them for almost a year now. OE pretty much took over the replica market.

I agree, the angles and the fact that it's chrome makes it hard to tell. It looks nice in person.

I dunno if you saw my other post, but invest in an adjustable panhard rod to center the rearend perfectly. I went with the double adj. one from BMR.
