Default 27" slicks or drag radials

I'm hoping to get a rear end for my tax return so I'm starting to look into drag wheels/tires. I haven't gotten my car dyno'd yet but I'm running a 6.0 CNC L92's, 229/236 .624/.615 111 cam, TSP TD's, and LS3 intake. Shooting for about 450 rwhp so I'm thinking of going 4.30's with a 27" tire and that'll leave me some room in case I decide to go with some nitrous and go with a 28" tire. My main question is what kind of 27" tires are out there that would hook well? Planning a 15X10 wheel. I didn't see any slicks by MT in 27", I saw that Hoosier has 2, 17500 and 17510's. I was wondering if both would fit and which would be better? I have an M6 so I'm wanting the best grip I can get, would a drag radial be enough? If so what kind would you recommend? I've looked around some but haven't seen a whole lot on 27's. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been covered a lot

i wouldnt waste my time trying to hook a d/r with a 6 speed. with 4.30's, a 28 would prob be the way to go. i had similar power and ran 4.10's with a 28 and it seemed to work well. both the mickeys and the hoosiers hook good. a 28x10.5 will fit fine

Well, would it hurt me much by crossing the line at about 5900-6000 instead of the 6500-6600 that I'll be shifting at? If not then I can just run 28" all the time and it would work for nitrous or NA. It's going to be a long time before I run nitrous though.
