Looking at picking up some 15x7 Racestars for the front but they have 4" BS. Everything I read said if you go with 15x7s in front that 4.5BS is optimal, is that correct or will the 4" BS work out just fine?

I'm not even sure if a 15" wheel in that width would fit over the stock front brakes, but even if they do, that's going to look really stupid. You will have 3" of dish in the front, with 2.5" dish in the rear (assuming you have a 15x10 7.5 backspace Racestar rear)

Im running 15x10s with 5.5 in the rear. Every option aside from 15x3.75 has 2.5-3" of dish so that doesnt leave me a ton of options.

Ok ok did a little more searching and I understand a little more. Will a 15x5 w/2.5" BS work in the front or will I also have issues with caliper clearance?

Ok Im confused again. I had a rim off a 1st gen s10 blazer that is 15x7 w/ about 6" of BS and it cleared everything just fine. Am I missing something?
