i put 11 inch wide zr1's with 315 street radials on the rear and just had to do a little bfg or whatever its called. didnt need to roll fenders but now i lowered the car and passenger side quarter could be rolled but doesnt rub unless people are in back and hit a bump

Ok thanks. Sorry I am a little new to this. What is bfg? I also do not plan on lowering my car and I will be putting the air bags to stiffen up the rear so from this little info i think i should be fine

Sure, get the right offset (see wheel offset sticky).
Potential issues otherwise include rubbing from inner fender; hammer in the wall with a mini-sledge, or get a panhard bar to center your rear.
Some say to change out LCAs if they're hitting thevlip (in my case bc of shot bushings and improper offset)
If you're lowered you may need to roll the fender lips a bit if you find ghat the tires

(sorry can't find the edit button on this ls1tech mobile app)

...If you find that the tires are making contact with the fender lip under certain conditions.

Camaros have more problems with rubbing than the firebirds do in most cases, but many have done it. BFH, rolling the fender lip, and an adjustable panhard rod should take care of any problems you'd have.

My car is lowered about 1-1.5" with 315/30r18 on a 18x11 wheel. I did not have to roll the outer fender lips, but I did have to modify the inner fender well. I had maybe 3/8" between the tire and fender well before modification. I had a body shop cut out the affected area and push it back, now there is a ton of room, approximately 3/4-1". Why do you want to run air bags? Just curious.

Yup, ZR1s with 315s will fit with some decent BFH'ing to the inners. Did not have to roll the outters

I also have 17X11's on my lowered Z28 but the fenders are shredding them up, so I'm getting the fenders rolled.
