Default Anything to fix wheel pitting?

Long story short, the chrome dd C5 wheels I have, have pitted in the corners of the spokes and the lip in a little over a year of them being on the car (from previous owner). I don't know if it's negligence from the PO, salt on the roads in my area, or what. It drives me crazy, is there anything I can do to correct this issue, and maybe have the wheels powdercoated? Or am I going to just have to buy new rear wheels?

Not really the oxidation is already under the chrome
POst pics to see how bad it is
You can maybe coat it but eventually it will give way
Water and air is now you enemy

Well I didn't know if it would be possible to have the chrome stripped and blast the wheels or something to clean up the pitting and then have the p/c, but at that point it wouldn't be worth the cost especially on some replica wheels
