Default Switching from ZR1 17x11 50mm to Vette 18x10.5

I currently use the AFS ZR1 replicas at all four corners for autox/hpde-type racing. I want to get into using take-off slicks for racing, and the availability is much better in the 18" wheel size. My wheel wells are already massaged for the ZR1 wheels and using 7/32" spacers in front and 5/32" spacers in the rear.

It seems that going with a custom 12"+ wheel say from CC Wheel, wheel cost aside, incurs further cost for mini-tubbing. So I figure I'll just try to find a 18" wheel near 11" wide.

What offset/backspacing do I need to make the Vette 18"x10.5" rear wheels work at all four corners? What does that OEM wheel weigh vs. the replicas? I'm under the impression the OEM wheel is right around 20lbs, and the replicas are usually 5+lbs heavier(?). If the price is right and I can use them with minimal adjustments, I'd just as soon save the weight and use OEM.

I'm not the fbody guru...but as far as the C5Z wheels are concerned, here's the deal.

'01-'02-Alcoa/forged/17x9.5's=19.5lbs, 18x10.5=21.7lbs

'02-'04-Speedline/spun cast/17x9.5's=19.1lbs, 18x10.5=21.0lbs

The 17x9.5's are 54mm offset and 7.2" backspacing
The 18x10.5's are 58mm offset and 7.9" backspacing

FYI, you can find the 18x10.5's all day on corvetteforum for $100-$200 depending on condition (each).

Hope that helps..
