Default 19" CCW 505a's

I picked up a set of used 19" CCW 505a's with tires.

They have had a rought life, but I'm willing to give them the love and attention they deserve...lol

Rear tires:
matching set of Michelin 345/30's

Front tires: mismatched
one Pirelli 275/30 (a lil stretched)
one Michelin 245/45 (really stretched)

I took a few minutes to see what some Mothers Polish would do...

*the 'polished' spoke was cleaned and given a 2 minute rub down with Mothers
*the spoke to the right of the 'polished' one was only washed
*the other spokes are still dirty

I'll be dismounting the tires later on when I have some time to give the wheels a good cleaning.

I will also be purchasing some new front tires.

...my current TTI's and tires will be going on sale soon...

I'm sure you'll get them looking good again with a little TLC. How much did you get them for? Also, what size are the wheels?

Get a powerball and in an hour or less you will have some near perfect looking wheels.

Congrats you lucky bastard!

I'm not even gonna post how much I got them for... lol

I believe the front are either 19x9.5's or 10's and the rear are 19x12's.

Which size, the regular one or the mini?

Those are going to look good on your ride! I would use some Rejex to seal them bad boys up.

I would compare either the powerball mini or the cone for those.

The original powerball is just too big for most things. The mini works perfect for my slotted mags and TTIIs (drag wheels).

The cone might be good for reaching between spokes on those. Oreilley's had them on sale for $10 off last week.

If they're still on sale I'll buy the cone and the mini.

lol you got to tell us how much you stole them for. Hopefully you got a super great deal on them.

lol its like me, one day i needed a tire fixed during the weekend. As i was driving i saw a Mexican tire shop with a big lot and lots of wheels all over the place so i said **** it. As a guy was working on my tire i turned over and saw an SS hood on top of some old tires just laying there in good condition. I paused and got really excited at the same time. So i turned to the workers all chill and ask about the hood so they directed me to the owner. So i asked once again and you want to know what his response was "That hood on top of the tires, me: yes, i have no idea what it is for can you use it, me: yes of course i got a car for it" i didn't tell the guy it was for my camaro which he was working on, he then turns and says "How about $60 if you could use it" lol i almost jumped, paid the guy and immediately had my pops meet me there to hawl it out.

**** can get better than that when you find deals.

I'm curious to see the steps you take to clean them up. Mine also weren't in the best shape when I got them.

But most importantly, I can't wait to see them on your car!

Thanks guys, I'll be posting some pics of what I'm doing to make them fit first.

I ordered some CCW center caps today.

I won't have any time to clean them until the end of May after we get back from Puerto Rico...early vacation time.

Don't just visit San Juan now, Aguadilla has a great beach! and the rest of the island has great places tourists never seem to go to

We've planned quite a trip...

in a nutshell:

Party in San Juan Saturday night.

We're gonna go eat some puerco lechon up in the mountains on Sunday.

Explore San Juan on Monday.

Take off and explore the left half on Tuesday.

Take off and explore the right side half on Wednesday.

Come back on Thursday...
