U ought 2 look at the Toyo R888's. I have them in the 315/30/18 and I like them. They hook well, and I have no complaints except the fact they pick up everything on the road (loose gravel, small rocks) because they're made of the softer "R" rubber compound. Check out ebay, u should be able to get a good deal on these like i did and several other members on this board did. They run pretty wide for a 315 too, almost 13" wide! Hope this helps.

Yeah I've got a buddy with a procharged 2 valve mustang with 4:10s and from. Slow roll he can dead hook, and he drives it without any problems not to mention they handle real well

"hwy street racing"? I hope your not talking about what i think your talking about.... Not that it will change your mind or anything, but +130 on a PUBLIC road is reckless and downright ignorant. Please remember that you and the dumb *** your racing are not on the road alone, its called a public road because others use it too.

My bad dude, I should have known it was only a hypothetical question because you probably live your life a "quater mile at a time", right? All we're saying is its ******** like you and your buddies who give the rest of us with these cars bad names. Highway racing and risking the lives of young families and others on the road is for ricers because 9 out of 10 times you dumbasses are the ones who walk away not the poor person you hit. But you probably wouldn't have to worry about hitting anyone being the best driver with the fastest car in the world. And look at my user name closer, its DEREK. ****** tool.

Its pretty amazing to me that both of you clowns take it apon yourselfs to lecture and "assume " that I, the op is a young punk ricer kid. That speeds around like ahole bobbing and weaving threw trafic any chance possible. Do both of you go in the street racing/ kill stories area and insult and tell people how they should act and what they should and shouldnt do..? Come on.... and my type o. Was my droid's fault. Auto correction.. So I would like to ask again, if there is any tires that people would recommend for high speed grip that would work well on my ws6. And Quite frankly, i don't need gaytards with sensitive views about **** that doesn't concern them commenting... stunna

I ran NT05s on my ws6. I had them in 18/35/275 on all four corners. They handle great, hook decently well for the smallish sidewall I had with them, and were great at high speed. I'm also runnin konis, stranos, etc.. though so your suspension will be a factor in your high speed stability. My car is a dd and they weren't bad in the rain at all, only thing is that with the stiff sidewall for handling response u will feel every little crack in the road.

I been very happy with my NT05s. They are rated to 168(W) mph. I have ran them on a road coarse hitting 110 to 120 every lap. I have also been on a road coarse in the rain with them and they did great.

to the op, i too, an in the same boat. From the research i have been doing lately it seems like the toyo TQ drag radials are where it's at...ok in rain, good mileage and they will cover 500rwhp on the street. Price is awesome too. I have not pulled the trigger yet because i don't want to go to a lower series tire an i'm currently thinking of pulling the ABS so i can run a 28" in the rear...but i would add TOYO TQ's to your top 3 list. they are very wide too so don't worry about them running narrow
Edit: i saw your thread the other week and they will definitely cover your power level as will it mine. what rim size? 17x11 i assume? Personally, i want to run a 295 45 17 rather than the 315 35 17
