fitment concerns about staggered 19" c6z06 rims, plz help.
i want to order a set of black deep dish c6z06 rims with rivets. they will be going on my 1999 NON WS6 trans am. the site says they will need adaptors for fitment. buying from oewheelsllc.com and front width is 8.5" with 46mm offset. and rears are 10" wide with 65mm offset. will i need spacers to even mount them? also, how wide of tires can i put on the 8.5's and 10's? i wanted a 305 in the rear, but didnt know if that would fit right, or rub? thanks in advance.

I have the z06 c6 17-275,s in front and 18 - 295's in back. Mine even rubbed alittle if you hit a bump. I ended up rolling my finders. So 19's and 305 might be a little love also! But I have seen on here guys not rubbing with bigger tires then I have. I guess you just never know for sure.

I just got these as well and from research you have watch out when it comes to staggered wheels. Try to get tires that come close to the overall diameter front to rear. If there is to much difference it will throw off your ABS and TCS. I'm not 100% sure that both have to be as close to factory diameter or not though. My understanding is it will be fine as long as the new tires your going with are close to the same front and back.

To get them close and not run a 30 series tire, I decided to go with a 255/40/18 up front and 275/35/19 in the back. It's 2% difference front and back which I don't think will be to bad. Anything bigger than that in the back it it gets farther off. Thats for a 35 series though. You can get wider and close with a 30 series but it makes the ride rougher.

And having staggered rims with the same wall shouldnt b too big of a deal, my ABS inop light stays on anyway and ive never had it initiate on me. Besides, i love the raked look!

Gunmetal C6Z wheels with the lip, no rivets, look SICK. Here's a pic of the dirtybird when it was somewhat clean. I havent washed it lately due to turbo install non-drivability.. I need to send back the LR wheel to OE, the chrome flaked off big time the first time I washed them.
