Smile New Black Weld RTS's and Mickey Thompson Dragpack on Black TA

No full pics of the car until I get to the track and this is a strip only combo. I'll post 'em up hopefully after some passes tomorrow night. They're 15x4's and 15x10's. Same size offset and backspacing that all the guys with a standard width rear are using. Jim's racing tire has to be the best place to get these. I looked around he had lots in stock at a good price, free shipping, stems, and lugs.

I lost a little over 70 lbs. going to this over my Zo6's. I'm happy, hope to get some new best times this weekend.

Those Welds are so sick! Nice choice! You need to get out and get some full car shots!

Very, very, very nice! Those would look nice on my Pewter SS. You are right about Jim's ... best prices I have found on Race Stars too. I only wish my budget included the RTS's, but it looks like I will be going Race Stars for my track setup.

What are your tire sizes if you don't mind me asking?

Fronts are 26x4.5 ET Fronts, Rears are 26x10 ET Drags.

Just went from 1.8's to 1.6's with this setup over 18" ET Street Radial II's.

1.6's feel like "Whoah"!

I thought maybe they looked "small". What gear are you running? M6 or auto?

They do look great!

I asked because it looks like you may run out of gear with 26's. Is that 115 on slicks? Nice run by the way.

I am going to be going with 28's. If I can swing a second set of rears, I will mount 26's for the 1/8 mile.

NM, sticky says your old wheels w tires are around 55lbs?
What do those rts rears weigh 15-16lbs? Then you got the skinnies up front did you weigh those?

15-16 is correct. Front combo with wheels and tires weighs 22 lbs. each.

If I could run in good DA I may run out of gear, but not up here. Not with 4.10's.
