the guide tells me no but will they fit?

as long as they bolts patter is 120 they will fit. not sure about the offset tho. 120 is like bmw wheels, used them on fbody with zero issues. they looks nice too imo.

They look really good, but I think the offset isn't correct....

45 does seem off. You may need a spacer to run them. They look good and will fit as far as bolt pattern are concerned

I guess I was concerned about the offset too but after reading the sticky up top it says 38-56?? Can some one elaborate on that?

yeah, they'll fit just fine

the 45mm offset is a little on the low side but there's guys running 31-38mm offset wheels the same width

The wheel bolt pattern is off by .325 mm at each wheel stud, it'll work because the difference is so small. The offset is good so you shouldn't have any issues with the tires rubbing;anywhere.

The fronts are only 18x8 with a 35mm as well, I'm guessing the fronts will be fine too with that offset?
