Default Iforged Astras finally came in ( F*CK Iforged)

All i can say is i like the product but the customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with.. Long story but in a nutshell 3 out of the 4 came damaged in shipping . Called Iforged, no answer or return call. Emailed Iforged ,no response for 2 weeks. Told i was on my own with the damaged wheels.I threatened a charge back on my credit card and then they fixed them and here they are along with the new Mickeys and Hankooks for the front.
Free advise , dont ever buy **** from IForged . This whole process took just about 3 months.. Here are the pics.

I bought some wheels from Centerline in Sept of 2010, and after calling 1-2x a week, worried I would get lost in the system or worse they go out of business and then be really screwed, I finally received the centercaps that I was short a month ago! 10 months later! WTF
And they didn't even do a very nice job of polishing at $400a wheel I expected more.

Granted, the wheels may not have been packaged sufficiently to protect them from shipping damages, but why didn't you go after the shipping carrier?

Did you go straight through Iforged?

If so you may consider going through a vendor. I think tony (Nineball) sells them.

I was warned about IForged's customer service way back in the day (like 2005-ish) when I was looking at their wheels - it looks like that hasn't changed.

The end result sure looks nice though.

Thumbs up

That sucks man. After 3 months, I'd be pissed too......but those do look badass!!!! Great choice on the finish! That's the exact wheel I want minus the rivets. Can't wait to see em mounted up.

Man they look great! The service and product delivered does not surprise me though. I have seen countless threads about I-forged arriving damaged and then getting replaced and the customer is happy in the end because they are badass. You'd think they'd some how pull their heads outta their asses by now.. sheesh

Very nice wheels. I just requested a price for their Trial, Classic and those Astras.....polished. (2) 18 x 9 and (2) 18 x 11

Can you tell me approximately what to expect for pricing?

^ X2 on the approximate pricing plz, PM me if you prefer.

Iforged are one of my favorite high end wheel dealers b/c they are one of a few that offer a chrome finish in a nice 5 star/split 5 star and b/c of this I've really been eyeing the Iforged Aeros so this post is a bit of a let down. Who wants to pay high dollar for high end wheels and then know there going to get shipped poorly, arrive damaged, and then hassle with poor customer service just to make it right.

The wheels look amazing though and the finished product is guaranteed to be even more amazing, no worries!

Those are really nice but i'm surprised how they're packaged for such an expensive wheel! My Pro Comp wheels (cheap compare to Iforged) for my truck had a real nice plastic protecting ring on the lip of the wheels when i got them, even if dropped nothing would really happen! Sad how they send them out and about the customer service!!!
