Default Debating wheel finishes

I have a set of iforged senekas off my old trans am that have been laying around for quite some time now. Been trying too sell them but most people get intimidated by the work involved in getting them to fit. Seeing as Im kinda stuck with them for now Im thinking about having them refinished. One thing that caught my eye was black chrome, but if any of you have any ideas throw em out there. This would be going on my SOM SS and I think this would be something different from what most do out there.

Had thoughts about a black chrome center and chromed lips. The bolts would be chrome, but if have black center caps

Here are the wheels on the car (the rear ones)

And this is kinda what I'm going for

I'm not sure if you have priced out chrome work yet but it is pretty pricey. I think I was going to spend about 1k to have the centers and lips chromed on my classics. Instead I got brushed centers and just re polished the lips on my own. If price isn't a problem then go for it. If you want to save some cash I believe there is a black chrome powder coat out there.

Black chrome is a type of powdercoat, my wheels are already chrome so it has to be stripped off
Would be a pain in the *** to polish

X2 on gunmetal! but if it was me id leave them as they are to be honest. chrome and som is just great OR you could try wrapping them with matt black, many people do it where i live and it looks nice. i wouldnt mess with those wheels.

What size are the wheels and what are you looking to get for them?

I vote brushed or silver powdercoated centers with polished lips - theres way too much detail in those wheels to hide with black or gunmetal

Totally agree. The dark greys or black chromes just look really killer with SOM.

Its not a huge deal but when i tell most people that they have 335s mounted and there's a lot of BFH, tubular LCAs and fender rolling to get them fitted properly they kinda get turned off. Kind of a good thing actually, getting a little excited as to what i'm planning for them. The rears are 11.5s
