What size spacer do I need to make the front wheels flush with the fender?

What size spacer do I need to make the front wheels flush with the fender? My front wheels are 18x9.5 Deep Dish C5's with a 54mm offset. I'm gonna lower the car with Koni 4/4's and Strano springs soon and I want the stance to be perfect (to my taste anyway).
Would a 20mm (3/4" I think) spacer do the trick? That should bring the offset down to 34mm right?
I understand the camber setting affects things too? Obviously I'll have the car aligned once it's lowered but that stuff kinda goes over my head.
