Default Nice thumb sized bolt/screw in good year eagle one run flats
its stuck right in the middle of the tread. Could this be repaired or am i going to have to get a new one?

tires are OEM vette 285 35 19's on C6's

a pic would be nice, but it sounds like you need a tire. I wouldn't mess with trying to repair it.
