Default What's going on with Fiske?

So I have confirmed Danny has been laid off, and Alan is trying to get myself an update on my wheels. I'm getting a little concerned. Anyone on here know what's going on? These ain't cheap wheels!!

I see I botched the spelling too in the title. I must be really be worried.

What worries me is the fact that Danny was laid off. He was damn good at what he did so their clearly having problems within. When I paid the first half of my wheels the accounting department didnt even take the right amount out and they still havent fixed that problem 7 weeks later. ***** fishy

Damn this sucks. Was thinking about maybe getting me a set of FM5's in the future but if they can't get there stuff in order, I may look else where then cause at this point in my life, I can't be throwing money around for stuff that isn't gonna deliver.

Uh oh, hopefully they aren't taking the money and running. Reason for a nice set of "deeply discounted" wheels sale to snag all that last minute money. I shouldn't say that and I hope everything gets resolved.

You know I always forget they were out of business for some time before Kodiak Motorsports bought the rights. I just dont get it for a company that makes such high quality wheels, how they cant be run properly. Once I saw they were lowering their prices I figured they would increase their business alot. Now they have the business, their having trouble producing the wheels. I also say they cant run it properly simply on the fact that they messed up with material orders, were unable to withdraw the right amount of money from my account, and now Danny is gone which sounds like financial problems. I know his job performance wasnt the problem. Im just ranting out of pure confusion..

I was all ready to pull the trigger on a set of 18" Profil 13s and even have my current wheels up for sale and have a buyer interested, but I'm certainly not about to put any money down on a set of wheels when the company is having questionable issues.

$3000 is a good amount of money for a set of wheels, I know there are more expensive, but there are less expensive as well. The deal is good, but only if they are delivered and as promised.

I talked to him briefly today. He told me that they discovered a different way to forge the 17" FM10s. He said he would call the shop foreman to see what was up and call me back. I never heard back from him. What grinds my gears is that when I bought a "discounted set" Danny told me 3 of the 4 faces were already there laying around so only one had to be made. Allen told me that it was only one was there and 3 had to be made. Im just confused and hoping I hear back from him..

He still will honor the deal if you already made the purchase. Fikse is very stand up if you call and talk to them. Danny did his best to market the product. What happened was probably out if his control.

Damn, 5 months is a long time! Is that typically how long they take to make them?

Yea it seems it took a while. Im at work 95% of my time so didnt seem long. HRE is another option and they have different outer barrerl/lip options, colors, hardware or hidden. Either way would had to wait cause I'm running a BBK and needed a special offset

No it does not take long for the normal setup. Mine was out if the ordinary.
