i run nexens, there not bad at all, just know if your going to be running hard its best to spend a lil more for a better tire, mine do always looka lil flat lol,i only made a few runs with them at the track and street, but they did great for street use, again i dont race much and most of the time drive like a old man,

I ran them once on a set of skinnies I bought used. They looked flat no matter what PSI was in them. I did a little research and found out they were made for a car that's like 1,800 lbs, and were only speed rated to like 95mph or something like that. Then after having one blow out, I decided from that day forward I'd spend the extra coin on a proper set of front runners from then on out.

Thats the case for just about any street tire in that size. It's a VW bug tire. Always look up load rating and MPH limits before dropping coin on the cheapest skinny you can find. There's a reason that skinnies from the major manufactures of drag tires cost more.

90% of people out there are fine DD and going 120+ on cheap overloaded and overinflated VW Bug tires. The other 10% have blow outs. Just be aware of what you're getting into when you buy the wrong tires for your application.

I used to run the Kumho version on my 6-banger Camaro, got rid of them after I used them twice. Even on this thing at max pressure (44psi?), they looked flat. They're just a cheap soft tire not rated for the weight of these cars. I'm not the first guy to go around telling someone to buy the most expensive stuff out there, but safety is one thing, and risking wrecking my car due to a cheap crappy tire is another.

I've been 120 on them at 35psi I have a set of 165 85 15s on 15x5 prostars and they have seen at least 30 passes and about 5k miles of street drivingno front sway bar a set of Qa1r series shocks and 300lb Qa1 springs no issues I swap between rear tires I have to sets of prostars for the rear both 15x10 one is a bfg radial ta on a 6.5 offset and a set of mickey Thompson d r that are on the 15x10 7.5 backspace both tires are 275 60 15 tires and if you drive cautiously on them they are perfectly safe tires I've built a bunch of stock suspension orsca 10.5 outlaw cars that they have been used currently the last lsx blazer I put together is running 5 teens in the 1/8th and running nexen front tires on holeshot wheels and the truck is street driven and those tires have been 150 plus in the 1/4 mile so I trust them if your gonna do a fair amount of street driving they are a lil bit better for it than front runner tires from my experience they tend to wear out really fast when driven on the mickey front runners that is

It all depends on how much nose weight the car has that will dictate if its safe to use them or not my bird has been lightened up a lot as with the blazer I mentioned above it has a fiberglass front end hood fenders bumper and the weight distribution is 3200lbs with 47 percent of that being nose weight
I've lightened up my bird a lot if you are running a full weight car all accessories and extra I wouldn't recommend running them but if your car is a stripped down race car I dont see you having a lot of problems with them
