Default 275/50r15 or 275/60r15 tires for race star 15x10 wheels?

I will be buying 15x10 race stars for the back of my z28 soon and I need help deciding on wich tire to put on. I will be going with the nitto 555r, but I can't decide if I want a 275/50 or a 275/60 tire. I don't want my gear reduction to go down with the 275/60, but I like the look of it and I want the wheel well to be filled up. NOw I like that the 275/50 would actually lower the the gears, but I don't think it would feel up the wheel well. What do you guys think?

if you go with 275/60 plan on a abs delete, i had both ,i had no issues with the 50s, but once you get into a tall tire it will throw your abs light on, and sometimes get a low trac light, my plan is to delete the abs so i wasnt worried but i would search for more info on that topic if i were you.my car isnt lowered yet , but if you want me to send you some pics of how the rear fills up just pm your number

I have pictures in my garage of 275/50/15 on 15x10 pro stars.

They actually filled the fenders very well. I even ran them with the car lowered in the front and on stock springs in the back.

That being said I was going to run 275/60/15 just to really have some big meat back there.

I will probably be getting the 275 50r15 nitto 555r dr's after looking at your pics I like the 50's. I'm lowered almost 2" in the back so it should fill the wheel well pretty good.

Quick Reply: 275/50r15 or 275/60r15 tires for race star 15x10 wheels?
