Measuring wheels

Do you measure inside lip to inside lip or outer lip to outer lip?? I assume inside.

If we are on the same page here, you measure width from inside lip to inside lip. Should be right where the bead rests against. There are some nice writeups on Google if you search for it.

Yup, measure inside - inside. thats the part that matters, since thats where the tire goes.
