Default New rims been sitting for almost a year...

I have a set of TTM chromes sitting in my bedroom still in the boxes and they are stacked on top of each other in 1 stack. Is this ok or have i screwed myself and f'ed up the rim on the bottom from the weight. I really hope they are ok and this is an ok way to store them. Have not been able to buy tires thats the only reason they are sitting....

Soooooo... instead of unstacking your boxes of wheels and opening them to see if you've damaged them, you made a thread to ask instead.

BRILLIANT!!!

Now to answer your question. Yes, you've damaged your wheels beyond repair. Your only option at this point is to sell them for maybe $100 for the set. This happened to someone here a month ago. Do a search and you'll find the thread. If I remember correctly, the other dummy that stacked his wheels like you did was only able to get $90 for his. Good luck!

Hey smartass, I don't have a way of testing them to see of they are slightly bent or not from stacking them. That's why I asked b/c people usually give legitimate answers here and its a good community of people. I work 2 full time jobs and serve my country, so I just want a straight up answer if they are ok or not. Can someone give me that?? Are they seriously ok or did i **** up?!?!

Sorry for being a smart-***, but I seriously can't believe you asked that question. Your wheels are perfectly fine.

If you're worried your rims are bent from ~60 lbs being ontop of the bottom one, I'd be afraid to run them on my car...

They made from 24kt gold?

Just ******* wow. So much stupidity in here.

I've also heard that TTMs can't support 75lbs unless they're mounted on a car - then they can support several thousand pounds.

^ heard that too, have to take them to a special shop, could double the cost of the original rim. Looks like you can pitch them, sorry for the loss bro. happens to the best.

if you work two jobs and server your country (same as me) then why the hell have you not been able to afford to put a set of rims on your car? I could understand if your car was layed out in pieces and was being built but you claim its only because you cant afford tires? whats up with that
