345/40/17 on a 17x11 Hey guys I'm wondering if 345/40/17 tires will fit well on my 17x11 zr1 wheels with out any rubbing. Will I be able to lower my car at all?

I run 335/35/17s on a 17x11. THey bulge but they fit, wouldn't go any wider than that but with that taller sidewall you MIGHT be ok. Don't recommend it though.

there is no point to running such a wide tire on
that skinny of a wheel.
your contact patch area is compromised on account of the squeeze effect
so besides having less area to roll on you are also getting premature wear
down the middle of the tire and also carrying extra weight (rubber) with less contact area

I ran 315 on my chrome zr1's.... they bolted on perfect and didn't rub any..
I was lowered on eibach pro kit and was able to center the rear perfect with adj panhard
