I have a set of HP Evo's that I need to have re-painted, chromed or powder coated after curb rash repair. I had them repaired at Hub Cap Annies and they couldn't even tell me. They are hyper silver if that helps. If anyone knows where i can send these to get redone in that color i would very much appreciate that!

Google wheel powdercoating or wheel chrome plating. You have plenty of options. I think that it is paint but a nice powdercoat will hold up longer.

Does anyone know of anyone that powder coats or paints hyper silver?

Any powdercoating company will have a color similar to that. It may have a different name but they all have a wide enough selection to get you close to the original color if that's what you're going for. Google Powdercoating, Insert Your City Name here and you can probably find one.
