Default what size width are my stock ss 10 spokes?

are they 9" or 9 1/2"? with that being said, i know there is a guide somewhere that tells you the range of tire widths you can pput on each width rim, but cant find it.....basically, i wanna figure out whats the widest rubber than can be used and still look decent on a 9.5 incher, looking to hopefully run 295s

I'm almost certain they're 9" wheels. Check out any tire website, and they will list the approved width range for each tire size.

The widest I would want to go on a 9" wheel is 295.

Then why would you want to put the widest tire on a 17x9? 17x11s is all I put on my TA, gives the car an aggressive look.

i dont get what your saying? i want wider but not 11inch rim wide, hence the 295s on a 9 1/2

I just can't figure out why you don't like a 11" wide rim. That makes zero sense. You can run your 295's on an 11" wide rim.

because the 11" rim is goona go out past the fenders more than i would prefer...i would like to buy 4 9.5" zr1s ffrom oe wheels and run 275s up front and 295s out back....im just not into rubber sticking out past the car too much

295 will be fine for a 9.5 wheel.

Rubber doesn't stick out past the fenders. I've owned 20+ wheels that have been 17x11s in the rear. I personally wouldn't buy anything else and Im sure many would agree. You'll likely regret going 9.5s.

This is not "sticking out of the fender"

It is considered to be sticking out of the fender of it sticks out passed the top portion of the fender. But as you can see, it's flush.

*Im not sure who's car that is, just used it for demonstration purposes.

what i mean to say, is i dislike how it sticks out so far past the rear bumper....my buddy has a bird with 315s, and when your looking at it from like 50 feet away, its flush with the top of the fender, but sticks out quite a bit past the rear bumper

That gives the car an aggressive look, but to each their own. I'd recommend 275/40/17s on your 17x9.5s. Goodluck!
